Minutes of Meeting Held February 10, 2015
Meeting open at 6:05 p.m.
The meeting scheduled for January 27, 2015 was cancelled due to inclement weather.

Minutes of the meeting held January 13, 2015 were presented. Motion made by Cynthia Poirier to accept and sign the minutes. Second by Diane Rhodes Gregoire. Voted 2-0.
Signatures:
The Board signed the Notice of Commitment and Warrant MV Excise Commitment 7 of 2014 for $1,916.40.
The Board signed the Notice of Commitment and Warrant MV Excise Commitment 1 of 2015 for $219,798.75.
The Board signed the Monthly List of MV Excise Abatements granted in January Levy of 2013 for $167.18.
The Board signed the Monthly List of MV Excise Abatements granted in January Levy of 2014 for $15.83.
The Board signed the Monthly List of RE Abatements granted in January Levy of 2015 for $2009.27.
The Board signed the Monthly List of RE Exemptions granted in January Levy of 2015 for $21,531.97.
The Board signed the Contract with CAL for Annual Map Maintenance for $1,500.00.
Discussion/Review:
- The Board denied 3 Real Estate Abatement Applications.
- The Board denied 1 Personal Property Abatement Application.
Correspondence:
- The Board noted the letter from Mr. Peter Frei.
- The Board noted the Letters to State Rep. Todd Smola and Senator Anne Gobi in support of MAAO Legislative Agenda, asking that they co-sponsor several bills.
- The Board noted VISION User Group Conference to be held on May 27, 28 & 29, 2015.
The next scheduled meeting is on Tuesday, February 24, 2015 @ 6:00 p.m.
Having no further business a motion was made by Christian Petersen to adjourn. Second by Cynthia Poirier. Voted 3-0.
